My name is Chris Gray and I am the owner/principal consultant. I have a PhD in Management with a focus in Human Resources (HR) Leadership and 11+ years of consulting experience in the federal government. I have two energetic boys, Miles (10) and Aiden (8), and one patient wife, Alisha. I am also a proud Veteran of the US Marine Corps who served two deployments to Iraq.
My dream is to help organizations succeed and work to create environments where employees feel heard and appreciated. We no longer live in a culture of employee-for-life. This produces an opportunity for employers to looks for ways to increase employee engagement and satisfaction while at work.

We know that being a manager/supervisor/HR professional is not for the faint of heart. All of these roles deal with organizational issues that often have an impact on those in these roles. Let this be your oasis, your time of renewal and recharge. These monthly live sessions will focus on emotional intelligence, self-care, and leadership development. Topics include, but are not limited to: self-care for managers, psychological safety, group coaching, work/life balance, etc.
Each month, HR Medic will develop short (2-3 pages) quick notes on a wide range of HR topics with the supervisor/manager in mind. These topics are intended to share important knowledge and tips to help supervisors/managers effectively lead their staff. Topics include, but are not limited to: EEO, conducting interviews, disciplinary actions, employee records, job descriptions, ADA, etc.
On a regular and recurring basis, HR Medic will offer “HR Office Hours” as an opportunity for HR Managers and Directors to ask questions or discuss ideas with the HR Medic team. These sessions are specifically for HR professionals in the organizations HR Medic supports.
HR Medic will communicate with your organization monthly about upcoming live sessions and HR quick notes. In addition, monthly office hours will be offered for HR staff to review any HR-related topic.
