To provide quality consulting services to aid our clients in supporting their most important asset – their employees! Once a year, HR Medic will conduct an HR Service Delivery survey to identify the best way Human Resources can provide services to the organization.
Each month, HR Medic will provide online training for supervisors/managers on a wide range of emotional intelligence topics. These sessions will be live and interactive, however, will also be recorded and stored for those unable to attend live sessions. Topics include, but are not limited to: time management, communication skills, problem-solving, conflict resolution, etc.
Each month, HR Medic will develop short (2-3 pages) quick notes on a wide range of HR topics with the supervisor/manager in mind. These topics are intended to share important knowledge and tips to help supervisors/managers effectively lead their staff. Topics include, but are not limited to: EEO, conducting interviews, disciplinary actions, employee records, job descriptions, ADA, etc.
Each organization will be given 25 hours per year of general HR consulting support as needed. This service will be provided on an ad hoc basis and generally geared towards supporting the organization’s HR Department. Additional consulting may be provided, as needed, for an additional fee.
The above services are offered a la carte or together for organizations as part of HR Medic's HR Support. A 10% discount is offered if all the above services are purchased.
